Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional business day. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.

United States Shipping

We ship to the United States. Delivery times typically range between 7–12 business days depending on destination and carrier operations. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. Urban Kicks is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the order.
